Thursday, November 27, 2008Pillars in the companyWhen I first joined the Phillip, Jay told me that our company can stand against strong winds and tides because of the few pillars in our company. I couldn't really understand what he meant then.Just few days ago, I said the exact same words to my new colleague, Lenny. Not only have I understood the meaning of it but witness the strength of one of the pillars just today. The pillars are referring to the few key positions holders in my company. You have to work with them to feel and get attracted by the authority they command. Will I ever reach such a level where I no longer need to depend on others and can be dependant on.
